Obstacle: I’m too tense!
Solution: Relax and exercise effortlessly. Be gentle with yourself because meditation is a moment for non-doing. An individual are stress over your meditation practice, you defeat the whole purpose of mind-calming exercise. Meditation should never be forced. If you force yourself, you’ll need struggle.
